Ready for skills that really make a difference?

Build the transformation skills you and your team need to drive change effectively on your own.

Project period: November to December 2023

Client: International management consultancy – based in Germany with approx. 11,000 employees

Target group: Managers and employees in the ESG/sustainability department

Format: 4-part online training course, each of 0.5 days

Initial situation

The sustainability team at one of the world's leading management consultancies in Germany faced a key challenge: How can we empower employees to behave more sustainably in their everyday working lives, particularly when it comes to their choice of transport?

ClimateMind's approach

ClimateMind designed a customized 4-part online training course with the following components:

  • Psychological insights into behavioral barriers and communication strategies in the context of sustainability, with a focus on mobility.
  • Practical exercises, including the development of mobility interventions and discussions with management.
  • Regular transfer phases to apply what has been learned directly to real-world challenges.

Results & Impact

  • Knowledge with impact: The entire team developed a sound understanding of the psychological dimensions of sustainability projects, which greatly increases the impact of all current and future projects.
  • Target group understood: The team developed an in-depth understanding of their target group, which will enable them to activate it in the next step.
  • Gain in expertise: Participants are now able to independently plan and implement effective sustainability interventions.
  • Concrete projects: New, psychologically sound projects were developed and implemented, particularly in the area of mobility.
